These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Soulove App ("we", "us") at https://soulove-new.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

2. The nature of the Service

Soulove App provides AI-generated companions for conversation and entertainment. The companions are not real people. They are software characters that simulate conversation. The Service is for entertainment, companionship, and personal use only.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@soulove-new.com of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) impersonate any person; (c) harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (e) generate content involving minors, real-world violence, or illegal activity; (f) scrape, mirror, or resell our content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content

You own what you write. By submitting messages to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use your private conversations for advertising.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time in account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable law of your jurisdiction. To request a refund, contact hello@soulove-new.com.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, characters, artwork, and trademarks, is owned by Soulove App or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulove App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your account and data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
