Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. No employee at Soulove App reads your private messages. We do not sell your data, ever, and we do not run third-party ads against your conversations.
You own your data
Every memory, message, and account detail is yours. Delete a single memory, wipe a conversation, or close your account from one screen. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.
Adult-only platform
Soulove App is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We use age-verification signals at signup and remove any account suspected of being underage.
Content moderation
Our AI is trained to refuse harmful content including anything involving minors, real-world violence, or illegal activity. Conversations that veer in those directions are blocked at the model level — no exceptions.
Account security
Two-factor authentication, login alerts, and one-click session revocation are available on every account. We rate-limit suspicious logins and notify you on every new device.
